AP Glamour’s personnel does it’s best to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchases on the Website. However, due to fraudulent nature of some returns, where Products would be used and returned as ’UNUSED’, WE NO LONGER OFFER REFUNDS on undamaged Products.

Instructions for Exchanging Damaged Product
  • Contact us within 24 hours from the moment of damaged Product(s) arrival.
  • Provide detailed Images and Description of the damaged Package and Product(s)
  • Once we approve the Product Exchange, pack up all contents of damaged merchandise into a new box.
  • Ship with Tracking Option to the address of our facilities – 77 DAVISVILLE AVE. unit 201, TORONTO, ON M4S 1G4, CANADA
  • Once shipped, provide us with the Tracking Number and Proof of Receipt for shipping reimbursement.
  • Allow at least 5-7 days to process your exchange once the package is received at our facilities. During holiday periods please allow for more time.

If you fail to comply with the terms and conditions relating to returning a damaged Product, we reserve the right either to reject the return and exchange.
